At HSE, we believe in excellence with heart. That means we care deeply about academics, but we also care just as much about creating a place where every student feels supported, seen, and inspired to be their best. Our mission is to make high school a meaningful and empowering experience for every student who walks through our doors. 

What makes HSE truly special is our strong sense of community. You’ll feel it in our classrooms, at athletic events, during performances, and in the everyday interactions that shape school culture. We’re proud of what our students accomplish, but even more proud of who they are—kind, hard-working, and ready to make a difference. Our school motto says it best:
