  1. All attendees should park in the CCA Parking Lot (south side of the school). The Main Parking Lot (front of the school) is not accessible at this time.
  2. Enter at Door 20. If there is a line outside the building, wait at the first available orange cone and proceed towards the door as the next orange cone becomes available. This will ensure adequate social distancing.
  3. Check-in at Station #1 to turn in health waivers, receive HSE custom masks for graduates, and to pick up programs. All attendees must wear a face covering and practice social distancing while on school property. Family members are encouraged to bring their own face coverings, while the school will provide one for every graduate.
  4. Proceed to the first available blue cone as you move towards the Leonard Auditorium. Wait until the next blue cone becomes available. This will ensure adequate social distancing.
  5. In the Leonard Lobby, stop at Station #2 to receive an envelope, which contains the graduate’s diploma, and to pick up a Class of 2020 medallion.
  6. Proceed into the Leonard Auditorium, continuing to follow the blue cones for proper spacing.
  7. At Station #3, graduates will give anything they are holding in their hands to family members. Family members will follow the blue cones (orange arrow on map) along the aisle between the upper and lower tiers of seats to the family viewing area (Station #5).
  8. Graduates will follow the blue cones (green arrow on map) up the side ramp to the stage.
  9. At the podium, graduates pronounce their name for the Guidance Counselor standing there, who will then announce the graduate’s name from the podium as the graduate walks across the stage and receives a diploma cover from the Principal (Station #4).
  10. After receiving their diploma cover, graduates will move their tassel from right to left.
  11. Graduates will then walk down the ramp on the opposite side of the stage, meet their families, and exit the Leonard Auditorium into the Performing Arts corridor.
  12. Graduates and family members will go into the Orchestra Room (Station #6) to take a photograph. Graduates will show their name on their diploma envelope to the volunteer. Families may take a picture with the graduate or the graduate may have an individual photo.  A senior poster will be available as you exit station #6.
  13. HSE will provide a 5x7 portrait for each graduate. These will be mailed directly to the home. Additional photographs will be available approximately 10 days after the event. Go to http://www.events.lifetouch.com and select “Graduations” from the menu.
  14. Exit the building at Door 16. Turn to the right to return to the CCA Parking Lot. For those individuals who have difficulty walking, a “shuttle service” will be provided to bring individuals to and from the building.
